DECORAPORT Business Membership Terms & Conditions

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

‘DECORAPORT’ means Decoraport International Ltd.,(as the seller) is an online platform which sells and delivers products directly to customers in Canada and United States.  

‘Membership’ means those arrangements by which a Member agrees to participate in the program and receives benefits and services by purchasing qualifying goods and services from DECORAPORT website.

‘Business Member’ is defined as a legal entity in Canada who registered online on DECORAPORT website at www.decoraport.ca. Prove of business entity and address may be submitted to DECORAPORT for examination.

1.  Membership

Membership of DECORAPORT is free. No Joining fee and annual fee! The Business Member is open to all commercial, corporate and/or institution entities. This includes distributors, dealers, real estate developers, building contractors, architects and designers, property management companies, and other associations.

Any entity who wishes to become a Business Member must agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as varied from time to time, and may be required to meet the following requirements:

• Entity who registered under either federal or provincial (or territorial) law in Canada
• A scanned copy of a valid entity registration must be submitted to DECORAPORT for verification

Business Members maybe requested to provide information during online registration (where information such as company name, registration number, address, contact numbers, email account, company scope of services, customer preferences, and others).  DECORAPORT may verify the information provided and contact the applicant within 3 working days.

DECORAPORT may refuse an application for Membership and reserves the right not to disclose the reasons for such refusal.

DECORAPORT may terminate a Membership without notice and for any reason, including if the Member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions:

• Supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to DECORAPORT; or
• Abuses any privilege accorded to the Member under the program; or
• Engages in any fraudulent activities under the program; or

2.  Membership Category

Business Members are categorized in the following three levels: SILVER, GOLD and PLATINUM. Qualification of the member to the level SILVER, GOLD or PLATINUM is determined by the annual purchase amount of the previous year. All Business Member who newly registered and approved by DECORAPORT is SILVER.  The membership levels are attributed according to his annual purchase volume.

Members are eligible to upgrade to the upper level by fulfilling the criteria listed in the Table below. Exclusive Discount will be granted to each category members.

For Members who does not fulfil the annual purchase amount as listed above will be degraded to the next lower level except SILVER. Accounts not meeting the level amount requirements will have their privileges withdrawn. DECORAPORT reserves the right to cancel, change and withdraw privileges at any time.

Members upgrading or degrading status will be reviewed on December 31st of each year automatically by our computer systems. DECORAPORT will notify each Member for the status via email.

E-Newsletter will be sent (electronically) to Member’s e-mail account in DECORAPORT’s record twice every month. The E-Newsletter will show the latest offers, products new arrivals, and events.
